Prior to commencing, we shall furnish you with a comprehensive quotation of our services. As we acknowledge the distinctive requirements of each client, Our Construction Estimating Company conduct a thorough evaluation of each situation. We take into consideration various aspects such as project scope, complexity, trades, and other relevant factors.

Our expert team will conduct a meticulous project takeoff and estimation. Upon completion, we shall provide you with both a PDF and an Excel file of the detailed estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver most projects between 6-9 business days. Larger or complicated projects may take 8-12 business days. Before beginning, we always inform you about the estimated timeframe. If you need to rush the estimation process and get the figure before 6 days, please talk to us and we’ll try to accommodate you, or we may add a small facilitation fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date
We only charge on a per-project basis, not hourly. Our priority is to give you peace of mind so you can bid on as many projects as you see fit without worrying about the compounding costs.
All projects have their own requirements so to get a quote, you can send your plans to plans@accurateestimates.us. Generally, for smaller projects we charge $250-400 range, mid-sized projects can be in the $400-700 range, and large projects $800+.
